Blue Horizons is an IT/IS Services and Digital Surveillance firm. 

Blue Horizons was founded in 1997 by Sean Murphy, and has been incorporated since 1999.  In the beginning, custom software and application integration solutions were the company's primary focus.  As the company gathered new customers with different and varied needs, other technical and IT services were offered - network infrastructure support, workstation and server construction, as well as services such as web and email hosting.  Before long, Blue Horizons became the "out-sourced" IT department for many companies who found it more cost-effective than having a full-time internal IT organization.

In the fall of 2003 Blue Horizons noticed a trend as the technologies of security related systems and PC related systems began to merge.   With the owners encountering frustration searching for an affordable and viable security product, this merger of technology seemed to not only solve the problem at hand for the owners, but opened up a whole new approach to an existing market.  To help tap this market, Blue Horizons brought in Scott Bateman as a equal partner in the company.  With Scott's facility/site management experience, and extensive industry contacts, our venture into security/surveillance has met with resounding success.
